The  Service Helpdesk is open from:

  7am-6pm Monday to Thursdays
  7am-5pm Fridays
  7am to 12 midday on Saturdays.

Routine Maintenance

On demand servicing and repairs of all types of vacuum tankers and winter maintenance equipment. Work can be undertaken at Whale's well-equipped service bays or on customer's site.

Our large fleet of Whale service technicians cover the whole country, using fully equipped vans and stock a large range of spare parts.

Inspections and Tank Tests 

There is a legal requirement for a regular annual inspection on all pressure/vacuum tankers. Whale has the equipment and expertise to inspect all tankers, including those manufactured by other companies.

A full report on the condition of the tank and equipment is provided with recommendations for any remedial work.

Preventative Maintenance

Under our WhaleCare preventative maintenance contract we take full responsibility for planning and carrying out your routine preventative maintenance programme.

Remounts

Looking to extend the life of your vehicle fleet at minimal cost.

In many cases a tanker or gritter and its equipment will outlive the vehicle chassis that it is mounted on.

A full refurbishment service including mounting all equipment onto a new chassis with full re-painting is available.
